Salary : $250,000 - $270,000 + equity + benefits

What You Will Do

As a Staff Product Designer , you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the product experience, setting a high bar for design quality, and solving some of the most complex challenges in healthcare and enterprise AI.

• Simplify the Complex : Translate intricate clinical workflows and AI capabilities into elegant, intuitive experiences.
• Set the Standard : Establish and uphold best-in-class visual and interaction design principles across the product.
• Lead End-to-End Execution : Own the full design lifecycle-from research and ideation to wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and production.
• Champion the User : Advocate for clinicians and patients by grounding all design decisions in research and user insights.
• Collaborate Broadly : Partner closely with engineering, product, and clinical experts to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.
