About the Women & Children's Program
The Women & Children program is a voluntary, collaborative program that strives to empower women to build resources and personal skills to break the barriers that come with addiction as individuals, family members, and members of their local community. This program offers residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, day care services for children under 12, individual and group therapy, case management, peer support services, psychiatry and medicated assisted treatment.
What You'll Do
Providing direct supervisory responsibilities including supervision of assigned department staff, development meetings, as well as attending quarterly supervisor meetings.Delivering regular shadowing and coaching to direct reports to foster team development and skill enhancement.Responding to crisis calls for service in collaboration with first responders and providing effective on-scene support when coverage is required.Effectively collaborating and cooperating with both internal and external services to ensure that the services provided are of the highest quality, accessible in a timely fashion, and produce positive outcomes for those we serve.Reviewing clinical documentation to ensure quality and timeliness, including coaching to ensure data fidelity.Assuring compliance with standards, regulations, and laws and works with other leadership staff to ensure the financial viability of assigned service areas.Providing after-hours clinical on-call support for one week each month, with accompanying incentive pay.Requirements of the Position
Master's degree in a social science field as defined by the Department of Mental Health that would qualify for licensure in the State of Missouri.Ability to work a regular schedule of Monday to Friday - 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm.Valid clinical license in the State of Missouri (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP) is required.Two (2) years of experience in direct service provision in a mental health setting.A valid automobile driver's license, appropriate automobile insurance and a safe, reliable, registered automobile available for use during work.Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders.Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus.Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.Intermediate computer skills in typing / keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as G-Suite.Grow With Us
