BACKGROUND : Since 1952, Beacon Group has been creating opportunities for people with disabilities across Southern Arizona, Phoenix and beyond. As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, Beacon serves around 2,000 people with disabilities each year. Beacon provides job training and placement, supported and center-based employment, and day treatment programs to assist nearly two-thirds of working-age people with disabilities who do not have a job. POSITION INTRODUCTION : Are you seeking a position as a Direct Support Professional; a Job Coach; a Behavioral Health Paraprofessional or Behavioral Health Tech? We are looking for a patient, flexible and dedicated person to work with, train and supervise a fantastic team of adults with disabilities. Daily duties of this position is to provide top of the line services for the individuals on the team while providing quality service to the customers we provide a variety of services for. This is a hands-on position. The services that Beacon provides to our customers is dependent on the location and site needs. Training and supporting individuals with disabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS :

SCHEDULE : Thursday and Friday 10am-3 : 30pm. Additional hours are available
