The Opportunity

Perform partner, employee, and contractor onboarding including, but not limited to, monitoring credentialing applications, ensuring required paperwork is completed, performing required background and online credentialing verifications, and facilitating malpractice insurance or site requirements until all required items for hire are completed. Tracking progress in Salesforce Credentialing database. Identify and escalate red flag items for action to department manager. Save all provider / employee / contractor documents and paperwork into electronic files. Update and reorganize electronic files as needed. Coordinate paperwork with internal / external departments. Assist with follow-up to ensure all needed requirements, paperwork, and copies are obtained. Communicate preboarding updates to leadership as requested. Provide excellent customer service and credentials support by obtaining / compiling copies of credentials documents and completion of paperwork to facilitate hospital credentialing, licensing, and payer network participation.

Required Experience and Competencies

One year of related work experience required. Associate degree in related field or combination of education and experience that demonstrates the attainment of the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities. Ability to express ideas and convey information effectively in verbal and written communications. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as required by the duties of the position. Ability to use office equipment and automated systems / applications / software at an acceptable level of proficiency. Ability to multi-task and prioritize while managing tight deadlines. Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word). Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $20.80 - $25.48, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company's annual performance.
