This position involves overseeing the entire catering sales process, from initial client contact to post-event follow-up. The Catering and Convention Services Manager collaborates closely with the culinary team, event coordinators, and other departments to ensure exceptional customer experiences and successful events. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the catering industry.

Physical work is a primary part of many of our hotel and resort jobs. Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs.
