Assertive Professionals is seeking a Watch Officer supporting our National Security customer in Washington, DC. This is a proposed position, we are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus to qualified candidates that sign a Letter of Commitment before 11 / 9 / 25. Responsibilities Include :

• Provide 24 / 7 / 365 analytical support to the National Security Customer through rotational shift work, ensuring continuous monitoring and assessment of intelligence information to identify and evaluate emerging threats.
• Review raw and finished intelligence from multiple classification platforms and data sources across the Intelligence Community (IC), the National Security Customer's Intelligence Enterprise, and state, local, tribal, and territorial partners.
• Assist in the collection, evaluation, and dissemination of actionable intelligence that allows senior leadership to anticipate threats, frame emerging situations, and take targeted mitigation actions.
• Produce written and oral intelligence products, deliver briefings, and conduct analytic exchanges with the National Security Customer, IC, and Federal, State, Local, Territorial, Tribal, and Private (FSLTTP) partners to maintain shared situational awareness.
• Maintain awareness of current and emerging global threat streams, geopolitical developments, and leadership priorities to provide relevant and accurate intelligence support.
• Compile metrics and feedback for watch operations, maintain strong coordination and communication skills under pressure, and prepare executive-level products that clearly and concisely present factual information to inform Cabinet-level and senior leadership decision-making.
