Google Cloud Trainer – Conversational AI & CCAI Specialist

Location : Seattle or nearby - Remote

Duration : 6+ months Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Google Cloud training modules aligned with the integrated curriculum.
• Teach GCP fundamentals (IAM, Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Storage, VPC networking, Logging / Monitoring).
• Lead Dialogflow CX labs, including intent / entity modeling, flow design, webhook integration, and multi-channel deployments.
• Introduce Google Cloud AI / ML services (Vertex AI, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech) and integrate them with contact center workflows.
• Guide learners on CCAI modules (Agent Assist, Insights, conversation profiles, human handoff strategies).
• Facilitate hands-on labs in Google Cloud Skills Boost (Qwiklabs).
• Provide certification coaching for Google Associate Cloud Engineer and Dialogflow CX / CCAI Specialization.
• Mentor learners on capstone projects that integrate Dialogflow with Amazon Connect or Google CCAI solutions.
