We're growing our South Florida presence and looking for technicians who take pride in their craft and want to be part of something that's built to last.

We are seeking a motivated Light Commercial HVAC Technician to join our South Florida team. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, VAVs, chillers, and controls in retail, industrial, and commercial buildings. You'll work both independently and as part of a team, responding to service calls, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting start-up and commissioning on new systems.

Location : This is a field-based position covering South Florida.

Compensation : $20 - $30 per hour

Schedule : Monday thru Friday 8 AM - 5PM. Need Flexibility for on call and finishing the job (40 / 60 hours / week).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure peak system performance
• Accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
• Communicate with dispatch, team members, and clients with professionalism
• Maintain job documentation, including service records and part usage
• Adhere to all safety and code regulations
• Mentor apprentices when applicable
