Positions Summary - Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist in the operation of cranes in accordance with safety regulations and operational procedures
• Conduct pre-operational checks on cranes and associated equipment to ensure safe functionality
• Work collaboratively with site managers and team members to execute lift plans and schedules
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge of crane operations and safety practices
• Maintain accurate logs of crane operations and inspections as required
• Respond to signals and instructions from site personnel to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations
• Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel
