OPS Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Tallahassee State College is excited to announce a part-time opening for the position of Customer Service Representative at the Florida Public Safety Institute. We're looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant campus community.

What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, the day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, vendors and store customers
• Be the main point of contact for phone calls and in-person inquiries.
• Process mail, packages, and deliveries while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk / reception area.
• Assist with other operations- or store-related projects and tasks as assigned.
• Varied hours between 7 : 30 and 5 : 00; 25 hours weekly
