Trial Paralegal Needed for Upcoming Trial through End of Year!

About the Role :

A boutique litigation firm in Downtown San Diego is urgently seeking a Temp Trial Paralegal to support an upcoming trial. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with the potential to transition into a temp-to-hire position for the right candidate. The successful paralegal will play a critical role in trial preparation and courtroom support. This paralegal will handle all duties from the law firm, and will not have to attend trial directly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and organize trial materials (exhibits, witness files, binders)
• Assist with document productions and searches for investigations, depositions, and trial prep
• Maintain project plans for document collections and productions
• Utilize platforms such as Relativity, Logikcull, Everlaw, and Disco
• File documents via Pacer and other court e-filing systems
• Proofread legal documents with precision
• Apply strong organizational and critical thinking skills under tight deadlines
