Production Manager to move into a Plant / Site Manager

Location : PHX, AZ

Time : 7-4 with some later or earlier days - 5 days / week

Salary : $110,000-$150,000 / year with insurance and full benefits

About the Job :

Manufacturing Company located in PHX, AZ managing the Production Department for 40 people. Location people totality is 90.

This person will be responsible for managing 2 shifts. Day shift / Night shift to include 3 Direct Reports of Day Shift / Night Shift Supervisors.

Must Have Skillsets :

• Change Agent - Must know how to work with very tenured people (20 years at company) who are also very skilled at what they do
• Experience with Safety Development & Implementation
• Experience setting up supervisor Structures
• Production Management Experience - How to move forward (big picture guy) and want to move into Plant / Site Manager role
• Leadership Experience to include 3 things

• Machine Operations experience (pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics etc.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

Someone with long tenure at 1 company who has moved up at that company and is a current Production Manager (example - 8 years plant floor to production manager) - Does not have to come from manufacturing but would be helpful. Military bgc is nice.
