A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional service and support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via various communication channels
Resolve billing issues and guide customers through their account management
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Above average understanding of Internet and / or wireless technology preferred
Basic to intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong analytical skills with the ability to follow instructions and document clearly
