Retail Stock Associate
Responsible for the organized, orderly, and cleanly appearance of assigned retail locations or store section(s) by maintaining merchandise levels and performing general housekeeping tasks. Performs a variety of duties related to retail merchandising / visual presentations while meeting sales goals and assuring a smooth-running operation. Included in this role will be stock replenishment duties which may include inventory system work. Works closely with the Visual Merchandiser and the assigned retail zone management team.

Operational
Follows all LEGOLAND policies and proceduresProvides guests and fellow MCs with excellent guest serviceOversees sales floor and stock room areas to ensure guidelines for maintenance, overall appearance, safety, and security are metEnsures all floor and back stock spaces are clear of all debris, ADA compliant and in accordance with Loss Prevention standardsResponsible for the overall appearance of the store. Stocks shelves, orchestrates floor moves and works on special projects to ensure floor presentation is in accordance with LEGOLAND Florida visual standards. Organizes all stock room and back stock areas in an orderly and functional mannerResponsible for high-reach and other general housekeeping tasks, as needed, on the interior and exterior of each building in the assigned retail zone. This may include climbing high reach ladders, removing dust / cobwebs and utilizing a pressure washerMaintain merchandise inventory and daily stock turn. Orders product according to store / section plan-o-gram (when applicable)Process deliveries brought to the location in a timely manner and report any discrepancies to a member of managementIntegrates new merchandise into the current stockWorks with Warehouse staff to ensure successful merchandise management and inventory auditsEnsures all products are accurately priced. Ensures completion and maintenance of price changesOn a weekly basis, performs, and processes all cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity of zoneProcesses damages weekly. Ensures damaged product is returned to the warehouse / vendor in a timely mannerActs a point of contact between the Visual Merchandising Manager, and Retail Supervisors. Works in collaboration with other Retail Service Associates to accomplish store and department centric tasks and projectsKeeps an accurate count of hardware and fixtures on handMaintains Visual BinderPerforms other duties as required and directed by members of the LEGOLAND Florida Retail Operations and Retail Purchasing leadership teamWho we're looking for...
One year of experience within a customer or guest service-related field is preferredExperience in retail stocking, merchandising and / or warehouse operations as well as experience in inventory / sales auditing, and of point-of-sale automated systems is helpfulAbility to work effectively with others with effective communication skills requiredSelf-motivated and demonstrated initiativeStrong problem-solving skills and dedicated to providing outstanding Guest Service requiredDemonstrated ability to remain calm under pressureAbility to consistently lift large loads as well as a clean driving record for using company equipmentPay Range USD $14.25 / Hr.
