Real Estate Paralegal / Legal Assistant / Remote Opportunity

Title Insurance Agency doing business in NY, NJ and Fl is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal.

• Order surveys, inspections, type and distribute survey readings;
• Order abstracts, municipal searches, type and distribute title reports and title commitments;
• Prepare title bills, HUDs, CDs and closing statements;
• Review and submission of documents for recording;
• Knowledge of title policies a plus.

Candidate must be highly organized, efficient, detail oriented and be able to work under pressure and independently. Strong communication skills a must.

90% remote after training.
