Privacy Analyst

A company is looking for a Privacy Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct proactive internal audits and support external audits related to privacy compliance

Assist in responding to privacy-related incidents and maintaining accurate documentation

Support the development of privacy training and collaborate on policy updates and process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

1-3+ years of experience in privacy, information security, compliance, or a healthcare-related field

Certification in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) or equivalent must be obtained within the first year

Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and relevant privacy regulations is essential

Two years of experience in healthcare privacy or data governance is preferred
