Job Description :

We are seeking a personable and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they depart. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, and your role will be pivotal in providing a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
• Manage phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Handle guest requests, reservations, and service bookings efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain accurate records and perform clerical duties such as handling cash transactions, balancing accounts, and processing payments.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that guest rooms and facilities are up to standard.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Promote hotel facilities and services, maximizing sales opportunities where possible.
• Assist guests with any special requests or travel arrangements as needed.
