Job Description :

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and comfortable. This role involves working closely with the hotel management team and other staff to provide excellent customer service and efficiently manage guest inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
  • Manage reservations and room assignments using the hotel's booking system.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Process payments, verify guest identity, and manage billing-related tasks.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and room service requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Provide recommendations and information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
  • Uphold the hotel's policies and procedures while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in emergency situations by following established protocols.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and other computer systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
