Position Summary :
We’re looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling our signature menu items while ensuring food safety, quality, and speed of service. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume kitchen and takes pride in producing great food.
Responsibilities :
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Assemble dishes with accuracy, consistency, and attention to presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, and equipment
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and support other stations as needed
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to management
Uphold company standards for speed, quality, and hospitality
Qualifications :
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (fast-casual or high-volume a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including nights / weekends / holidays)
