Overview

Responsibilities

Manage large data sets in Excel for vendor onboarding, transition data, and progress tracking across multiple client accounts

Direct and guide transition coordinators to ensure accurate data entry and documentation

Pull daily reports from various systems to populate transition dashboards and provide statistical reporting to Transition Leads

Manage vendor correspondence and handle escalations while performing data cleansing and preparation activities

Support process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and recommending efficiency solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from a four-year college or university with experience in procurement, analytics, or project coordination roles

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including expert-level functions such as complex formulas, macros, data modeling, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends

Ability to manage multiple projects with variable timelines while coordinating team activities

Comprehensive working knowledge of sourcing and procurement technologies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with JLL Sourcing & Procurement technologies such as Aravo, Jaggaer, Corrigo, E1, Avetta, and ISN
