UAT Lead / Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

POSITION DESCRIPTION :

The UAT Lead has in-depth knowledge of functional and non-functional testing methodologies, requirement traceability, and automation frameworks. Their expertise includes developing standardized UAT governance structures , defining test data management strategies, and implementing centralized defect management systems such as Jira with Zephyr Scale. The UAT Lead is responsible for overseeing test design, execution, and validation efforts, ensuring all Florida PALM requirements and agency-specific financial regulations are tested and validated. They facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives under SAFe Agile principles to keep testing efforts synchronized across agencies.
