Review and QA / QC all financial packages and mailed documents processed by Intake Analysts
- Responsible for batch reporting and submission to client for checks with no issues, following supervisor approval
- Manage issue resolution by tracking, following up, and documenting when issues are closed
- Skills Needed :
- Ability to interface professionally with the client
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping abilities
- Ability to proactively raise issues when the need arises
- Time management
- Strong communication skills
- This program requires US Citizenship
- Pay Rate / Range : _$22 / hr
