Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with key client contacts and translate their priorities into actionable projects
Lead the execution of service delivery initiatives, monitoring KPIs and driving accountability across teams
Develop and implement communication strategies for patient financial services and manage project timelines
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, focusing on patient operations, self-pay, or receivables management
Proven ability to analyze data and use insights to drive strategy and influence stakeholders
Experience managing projects in an outsourced, CRC, or healthcare consulting environment
Hospital experience preferred
