About the Role

We're looking for a Cloud & AI Systems Analyst to join our IT team and help us transform how operations run. This isn't a keep the lights on job it's about automating, integrating, and using AI to make systems smarter.

You'll manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking foundations while building the data pipelines, dashboards, and automations that keep us secure, compliant, and efficient. If you love replacing manual work with scripts, workflows, and AI-driven insights, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Keep systems resilient : Monitor network and cloud services, build live dashboards, and surface issues before they escalate.
• Run Microsoft 365 & security : Administer Intune, Exchange, SharePoint / OneDrive, Defender, DLP, and email authentication (SPF / DKIM / DMARC).
• Work in Azure : Configure Entra ID, Conditional Access, RBAC, and use Azure Monitor / Log Analytics for visibility.
• Build data pipelines : Connect Procore, Oracle ERP / Cloud, and Microsoft Graph into Azure + Power BI for live dashboards.
• Automate everything : Write PowerShell scripts, call REST / Graph APIs, and use Power Automate, Copilot, and Azure AI to eliminate repetitive work.
• Grow AI ops : Help design an internal AI Ops Assistant that predicts problems and keeps systems compliant.
