The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, establishing the budgets and schedules of the projects in their department, and reporting metrics and statuses to the Technical Manager and the customer. They will provide leadership and direction to their direct reports and overall teams in terms of technical and non-technical guidance. They also will be responsible for helping to grow the business and execute the current work-flow.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

Supervisor Role Responsibilities :

• Direct Reports : The supervisor will manage 7 to 10 direct reports, primarily engineers, handling day-to-day issues, challenges, and PTO
• Project Execution : The supervisor is responsible for ensuring projects are executed properly, with well-thought-out designs and adherence to quality standards.
• Operational Procedures : The supervisor will also be involved in updating and improving operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

This is a contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $60.10 - $72.11 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
