JOB DESCRIPTION : Family Medicine practice is currently recruiting a lead family medicine physician to join us in the Winston-Salem metro area. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, enterprising, experienced clinician interested in growing the practice, community engagement, and driving quality care. Proficiency in operations would also be valuable.

In partnership with the clinic administrator, the lead clinician will be responsible for creating and sustaining aligned clinic culture, reducing unwarranted clinical variation, financial planning, oversight of day-to-day clinic operations and driving strategic change. The lead clinician will also serve as the connection point for bidirectional communication between clinic providers and medical group leadership. The office is open Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm providing quality care from birth through adulthood.

Average patient panel is anticipated to be 20-25 per day. Lab services are done on-site.
