Job descriptionManaging reservations Answering telephones Processing cash, credit, and check transactions Completing all daily reports and tasks Compensation of $18.00 - $21.00 per hour paid weekly Flexible shifts : Evening shift includes Night Audit Functions ending at 10pm, 11pm. This position may also include a mid shift or morning shift. Once Trained we will settle into consistent schedule. Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays. Computer savvy is a must, all work is done on a reservation system. Assist with a correct balance and completion of all daily documentation and Night Audit Be completely familiar with hotel information necessary to increase revenues and enhance guest satisfaction Assist with resolution of any guest concerns, referring to management as needed. To perform other tasks, as directed by the desk manager Free Onsite Parking Discounted Lunch menu End of season performance bonus Earn Paid Vacation 401K, health, vacation, personal days if you meet eligibility requirements

Description of the role : The Front Desk Agent with Flexible shifts here in Ogunquit, ME is responsible for following specified procedures and effectively assisting in the daily operations of the Front Desk. This includes tasks such as registering guests, managing reservations, responding to telephone inquiries, processing cash, credit, and check transactions, as well as completing all daily reports and tasks outlined on the daily checklists.
