Biddeford Ziebart is looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate must be a highly motivated, energetic and an individual with a strong desire to succeed. Hours are Mon-Fri 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm. Computer and social media skills are necessary. We are looking for a reliable, dedicated person that is willing to learn the Ziebart system. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, completing paperwork, making invoices, responding to emails, assisting customers, creating documents and updating our social media pages. Applicants must have good written and verbal communication skills, as well as computer proficiency. Must be able to multitask and have attention to detail. Apply within.
