Job Title : IT Support Specialist

Position Type : Full-Time / Contract / On-site

Location : Los Angeles, CA

Salary Range :  $30-40 / hour

Job Description :

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our global IT operations team on a full-time contract, on-site basis. In this role, you will support end-user technology and infrastructure across warehouse and logistics functions. You’ll work closely with warehouse staff and cross-functional teams to ensure technology is up and running smoothly, particularly during onboarding and key operational periods.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the fast-paced environment of a globally expanding business, with a strong focus on real-time problem-solving and high-impact IT service delivery.

Responsibilities :

Technical Support & Operations

Provide Level 1 / 2 support for laptops, desktops, Zebra printers, mobile devices, and other hardware

Troubleshoot workstation, software, and logistics system issues

Support associates in day-to-day operations and use of warehouse tools

Document IT support procedures and contribute to knowledge base

Participate in scheduled support rotations as needed

Infrastructure & Network Support

Assist in maintaining secure, reliable local network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)

Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of switches, routers, and wireless access points

Coordinate with other IT teams for system escalations and infrastructure needs

Security & Maintenance

Ensure compliance with IT security and operational protocols

Support device updates, system patching, and access control policies

Conduct regular equipment checks and assist with inventory tracking

Requirements :

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field; Master’s a plus.

4+ years in IT support / infrastructure roles in enterprise or logistics settings.

Solid knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Level Management).

Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Mandarin proficiency required, as support tickets and end users are mandarin speakers.
