Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features that match millions of candidates and recruiters with hiring teams
• Develop tools and incentive structures that make the platform indispensable for recruiters
• Experiment with growth strategies to unlock liquidity across new industries
• Partner closely with designers and users to craft a seamless, premium experience
• Contribute to product strategy and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment
• Take ownership of critical systems and ship end-to-end features that drive growth
