Quality Engineering Manager

Job Description

I am looking to hire a full-time Quality Manager for a reputable manufacturing company here in Blue Mounds, WI (53517) . This role will be permanent and is looking to interview / start immediately!

Pay : $85k – $115k + Benefits

Benefits : Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition, PTO, Holidays, etc.

Schedule : M-F, 8am – 5pm. 1st shift

Remote : No, 100% onsite

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and support company quality initiatives
• Maintain the facilities Quality Management System (QMS)
• Manage, plan, schedule, and supervise daily activities
• Develop and implement processes, procedures, instructions and best practices
• Ensure completion of customer quality and NDA’s
• Assist operations by identifying and providing training and tools for product and process improvement projects
• Lead Safety Committees to maintain health and safety plans
