We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst I to join our team in Allentown, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while contributing to various IT and AI initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, agile methodologies, and project management.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in meetings with data scientists, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on AI and IT projects.
• Maintain Azure DevOps boards, ensuring project tickets accurately reflect progress and updates.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and capturing detailed notes with action items, risks, and blockers.
• Develop presentations and documentation tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and clear documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements, support sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Assist in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Track project timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
• Contribute to team and organizational process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of AI / ML concepts and IT systems, including data analytics.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing priorities.
• Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
