Human Capital Resources and Concepts Inc. (HCRC) is a consulting firm specializing in comprehensive resource management solutions supporting federal organizations.

With subject matter expertise in all-source analysis, mission support services, and information technology, we provide tailored solutions that address both major strategic challenges and day-to-day operational needs.

Position Summary:
- HCRC is looking for a talented Internal Writer to craft engaging content that keeps employees informed and connected.
- You’ll create newsletters, memos, announcements, and other internal communications that reflect our organizational culture and support our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and refine internal communications for employees and stakeholders.
- Ensure all messaging aligns with organizational goals, culture, and values.
- Collaborate with HR and communications teams to maintain consistent messaging across channels.
- Translate complex information into clear, engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in internal communications writing.
- Strong editing, storytelling, and audience-targeting skills.
- Ability to convey messages clearly, effectively, and engagingly.
- Collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
