We're hiring a Director Of Product Marketing to build and lead this function shaping how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted globally. Pearl is now crossing the chasm, scaling from early adopters to mainstream adoption. This leader will play a pivotal role in translating innovation into broad market impact and ensuring the whole product experience delivers measurable value across the industry.

This role partners closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define the strategy and story behind Pearl's innovation. The ideal candidate combines strategic depth with a hands-on approach and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Positioning

• Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable product and marketing strategies.
• Partner with our Product and Customer Success teams to conduct ongoing customer research interviews, surveys, and usage analysis to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities that inform product direction and messaging.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer segments, buyer personas, ideal client profiles, and market trends to inform roadmap and go-to-market decisions.
