Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and licensed

Title Insurance Agent

to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing title transactions from start to finish, delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, and attorneys throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough title searches, examinations, and clearances
• Prepare and review title commitments, policies, and closing statements
• Coordinate with all parties to ensure timely and accurate closings
• Resolve title issues with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Provide guidance to clients and team members on title and escrow matters
• Ensure compliance with Florida title insurance laws, underwriter guidelines, and internal procedures
