Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking an Agile Scrum Master. The role requires a deep understanding of agile principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex systems. This position will be supported in Tampa, FL. Candidates must be located physically in the Tampa Bay area or surrounding areas. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Leading Agile ceremonies and manage work through short iterations to enable frequent delivery.
• Fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement
• Implementing agile best practices and frameworks to enhance team performance.
• Designing and implementing platform architecture according to best practices and standards, ensuring repeatable deployments across various environments (dev, test, prod) and enclaves (IL5, IL6, TS).
• Designing and implementing CI / CD pipeline best practices and standards, supporting automated deployments.
• Selecting appropriate technologies approved for DoD environments and integrate them into the architecture.
• Proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks and enhancing system architecture for optimal performance.
• Conveying engineering best practices clearly to diverse groups of individuals.

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $155,000.00, commensurate on experience and technical skillset.
