Construction Project Manager

A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor construction projects for compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards

Provide documentation of construction progress and maintain communication between all stakeholders

Review and recommend approval of contractor payments and prepare daily reports on project activities

Required Qualifications

Extensive knowledge and experience with construction contracts and regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience in scheduling and expedition

Ability to lead a construction team effectively

Self-starter with strong judgment and responsibility
