Job Purpose
The IT Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise-level document management systems and Microsoft 365 environments. The role includes Active Directory management, Kofax Capture administration, and SharePoint Online configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience in system migration, governance, and automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD account / group migrations between domains.
- Administer Kofax Capture software and support desktop client installations.
- Design, configure, and manage SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, hub sites, communication sites, and team sites.
- Develop and maintain content types, site templates, lists, libraries, and PnP searches to optimize workflows.
- Manage document libraries , including versioning, metadata, retention policies, and access permissions.
- Monitor and optimize SharePoint storage capacity ; coordinate expansion as needed.
- Enforce security, compliance, and governance best practices within M365 environments.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and advanced administrative tasks.
- Partner with business units to transform functional needs into SharePoint-based solutions .
- Troubleshoot integration issues related to SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams .
- Oversee user access, security groups, and permission management across M365.
- Collaborate with Microsoft and third-party vendors on escalated support issues .
Required Skills & Experience
Strong communication and documentation abilities.Proven problem-solving skills with both technical and non-technical users.Experience managing AD and Azure AD accounts and groups .Solid expertise in SharePoint Online administration and configuration .Hands-on experience creating and maintaining hub sites, content types, and custom site structures .Understanding of document management best practices (retention, versioning, classification).Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and process efficiency.Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online integrations.Knowledge of permissions models, Azure AD roles, and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) .Experience in M365 storage monitoring, scaling, and optimization .Working knowledge of Kofax Capture administration .Preferred Qualifications
Certification :Microsoft 365 Certified : Teams Administrator Associate , orMicrosoft 365 Certified : SharePoint Administrator AssociateExperience with workflow automation and scripting beyond PowerShell (e.g., Graph API, PnP).Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to enhance SharePoint functionality.Familiarity with Microsoft Purview for compliance, retention, and data loss prevention policies.
