We're seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician in the Chicago metro area to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across devices and systems supporting commercial HVAC operations.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on PCs, laptops, and mobile devicesRespond to helpdesk tickets and support requests in timely mannerInstall and configure hardware and software for new usersAssist with network connectivity and system-related projectsDocument issues and resolutions in ticketing systemPerform hands-on engagement with users at multiple locationsMaintain inventory of IT equipment and suppliesEscalate complex issues to senior IT staff as neededRequirements
Must-Haves
1+ years of IT support or helpdesk experienceStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshootingExcellent customer service and communication skillsValid driver's license for travel to multiple locationsNice-to-Haves
CompTIA A+ or similar IT certificationsExperience supporting mobile devices and tabletsKnowledge of Active Directory and Office 365Associate degree in Information Technology or related fieldCompensation & Logistics
