Server Attendant

Your Journey

• Assist the server team with needs in your section, including stocking, cleaning, and managing flow
• Set and reset tables before, during, and after service with clean polished silverware, glassware, share plates, and napkins as necessary
• Pre-bussing and bussing of tables during service; assist servers with service steps where necessary
• Clean spills and broken glassware / dishes immediately, using floor signs when necessary
• Clean equipment, tools, and supplies; maintain equipment in good working order while following all procedures and safety standards
• Refill water glasses, coffee cups, and other beverages as needed throughout the meal service
• Deliver on guests' expectations and strive to create WOW moments
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the normal scope of duties based on business needs
