Desktop Support Training Program

Join the Year Up United training program, an intensive job preparation initiative designed for young adults looking to jumpstart their careers. This program combines essential in-class skill development, structured internships, and job placement services supported by our experienced talent placement team.

Throughout the program, you'll have opportunities to intern at top organizations, like Bank of America, American Express, and JPMorgan Chase, among others.

Are you eligible?

You can apply to Year Up United if you meet the following criteria :

• A high school graduate or GED recipient
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration
• Motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Do not have a Bachelor’s degree
• May be required to respond to additional screening questions when applying

What will you gain?

Enhance your professional development with valuable skills such as business communication, interviewing, networking, and resume building. During the internship phase, participants earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.

Employed graduates report an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
