Job Description :
- Demonstrates strong business and technical knowledge in Payment Processing initiation to settlement and tracking.
- Translates business requirement to functional user stories and collaborate with product business stakeholders operations and development team.
- Gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address strategic business objectives that span multiple global business and technology areas Ensures an end to end solution for delivery of the desired business results.
- Prepare business process flow analysis requirement documentation system end user presentation user stories test cases issue and risk logs.
- Collaborate with other technology team for understanding the interface between system and facilitate and help make architectural solutions.
- Support and collaborate testing effort of functionalities with operation and end users Ability to design test strategy and write test cases for complex systems.
- Lead business IT meetings and manage meeting minutes and action items.
- Ability to work in an agile team environment.
- Interfaces with all areas of IT on behalf of the business to resolve IT matters and improve business processes.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis in payments processing domain ISO200022 standards understanding of SWIFT formats MX. Payment engine Funds control balance reporting Wires ACH RTP experience.
