BROAD-BASED CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS COUNSEL ATTORNEY

Our client, an international Amlaw 50 law firm , is seeking a Counsel-level attorney with significant experience in broad-based corporate transactional matters to join its New York office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a wide variety of high-value transactions, including private equity M&A and financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and investment fund restructurings. The position sits within the firm’s tax department , offering unique exposure to sophisticated, cross-disciplinary matters involving top-tier clients.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier US or Canadian law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in New York , in good standing
• 7–9 years of corporate transactional experience in a large law firm setting
