Job descriptionProvide mentorship to new agents. Utilize advanced tools and a comprehensive product portfolio to facilitate sales. Engage with leads that requested information delivered directly to your device, eliminating the need for cold calling or door-to-door sales. Commit to ongoing training and coaching to enhance sales skills. Strong communication skills. Willingness to learn and undergo training. Ability to work independently and maintain motivation. While prior sales or customer service experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Candidates must obtain the necessary insurance licensing; comprehensive training is provided for unlicensed applicants. Flexibility to work from home. Access to a remote call center for support and mentorship. Potential for high earnings based on effort and performance.
