Senior Director, Growth Marketing

Job Description

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead brand and customer acquisition efforts for Chapter Aesthetic Studio. This leader will own the marketing strategy and execution across brand, digital commerce, CRM, paid and organic media, and local marketing. With full P&L responsibility, the Senior Director will drive growth by building integrated campaigns, optimizing the customer journey, and guiding a cross-functional team toward ambitious revenue and brand objectives.

This role requires a balance of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and collaborative leadership. The successful candidate will be a strong operator with proven experience scaling businesses, leading teams, and delivering measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute an integrated growth marketing strategy across brand, digital commerce, CRM, media (paid & organic), and local marketing.
• Define and own marketing KPIs tied to customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Lead P&L responsibility for marketing investment, ensuring efficient allocation of budget to maximize business outcomes.
