• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with payment schedules.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of accounts payable activities.
• Assist in streamlining processes to improve efficiency in invoice processing.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to address payment inquiries.
• Support month-end closing activities by providing necessary accounts payable reports.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.
• Proficiency in coding and processing invoices with accuracy.
• Familiarity with check preparation and payment processing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve discrepancies and communicate effectively with vendors.
• Knowledge of accounts payable systems and processes.
• Experience with month-end reporting and financial documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
