POSITION :  Teacher Bilingual (25-26)

REPORTS TO : Principal

POSITION TYPE : 10-month

COMPENSATION : Starting at $62,500 annually

In a TEACHER INCENTIVE ALOTTMENT ELIGIBLE

• COURSE : TIA teachers can earn up to $102,800.
• TEACHER INCENTIVE ALOTTMENT

YES Prep is also a TEA Teacher Incentive Allotment approved district. Teachers in eligible courses can earn up to an additional $32,000 a year if designated under TIA  based on their performance on our Instructional Excellence Rubric and student growth for 5 years if they remain in the classroom.

This means that based on our teacher salary scale and TIA designation payouts, a TIA designated teacher could earn the following :
