Assistant Center Manager (Minneapolis)

As an Assistant Center Manager you will play a crucial role in assisting the center manager in all of the operations of center which includes growth, revenue, experience and profitability. You will get to know the client and ask the right questions to help them find the right hair loss solution for their specific needs and lifestyle and guide them through their hair loss journey.

This is more than a sales position. Youll have the ability to truly make a difference in someones life and help our clients put hair loss in their control to regain their confidence.

What you should expect to do :

Establish strong and collaborative relationships with clients

Ensure collection of monthly client fees

Ensure successful conversions / renewals, membership changes, and add-on sales

Facilitate new client protocol and manage client's benefits usage.

Provide sales backup while complying with business rules and sales professional standards

Perform duties as assigned such as center organization and cleanliness, processing payroll, performance

management, supervising, and employee training, etc.

Qualifications :

At least one (1) At least one (1) year of management or administrative experience; strong consultative sales experience a plus

Relevant sales and long-term client relationship experience

Excellent communication and team-leading skills

Bachelor's degree with a major in business preferred or equivalent work experience
