Pay Information

$600,000 to $900,000 per year

About The Position

About the Position :

We are seeking a Urology physician to join our hospital, where we prioritize the well-being of our physicians and the quality care of our patients. Our practice is dedicated to supporting your success and facilitating professional growth with autonomy. Situated conveniently as an affluent desirable suburb near a Midwest metro, you'll enjoy the advantages of a reduced cost of living, and easy access to amenities such as an international airport and multiple recreational opportunities.

Schedule :

  • Opportunity to cultivate your practice within an established framework
  • Providers have autonomy in determining workload and can opt for a 4 or 4.5-day workweek
  • Dedicated block schedule for the OR - 5 ORs (1 OR specific to Urology)

Practice Details :

  • Our hospital group of for Urology is made up of 4 Urologists and 1 APP - plenty of room to grow
  • You will have access to a strong support staff and top-notch facilities
  • New medical office buildings 2026
  • Da Vinci XI Robot and pain Anesthesiologist on staff

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Total compensation potential could be in 90th percentile
  • $600,000 salary with $195,000 sign-on bonus
  • Benefits package includes health, dental, vision, retirement, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage
