Key Responsibilities

Quote Management & Follow-up

  • Create comprehensive quotes for all Service Reports and ensure timely follow-up
  • Develop quotes based on PM Audit / Inspection results and maintain consistent follow-up

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales contacts and detailed customer communication records in the company's CRM system
  • Proactively contact customers based on Cost of Ownership and Sales reports to identify opportunities :
  • Engage high-spending customers to offer PM programs, training solutions, and optimize stocking levels

  • Investigate low-spending accounts to understand barriers and identify potential opportunities
  • Leverage customer history reports to identify trends and develop targeted outreach strategies
  • Educational Sales & Consultative Approach

  • Educate customers on comprehensive aftermarket offerings including Recommended Spare Parts Kits, Preventive Maintenance programs, and Training opportunities
  • Focus on PM solutions for key equipment including Rollstock, Chambers, and Dip tanks
  • Collaborate with Program Manager to ensure successful implementation and follow-through of PM programs
  • Conduct inventory reviews with customers to promote proactive maintenance strategies aimed at minimizing downtime, reducing emergency overnight shipments, and avoiding long lead time issues
  • Business Development

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to transition customers from reactive to proactive maintenance approaches
  • Develop strategies to increase customer lifetime value through strategic aftermarket solutions
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to become a trusted advisor for their maintenance and operational needs
  • Education and / or Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or aftermarket services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze customer data and identify sales opportunities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Experience with consultative selling approaches
  • Ability to identify and resolves problems, works well in group problem solving situations
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical Demands :

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, talk, listen and frequently use hands to finger, handle, type, and feel. Required to occasionally stand and travel both domestically and abroad to visit work and customer sites. Be able to occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.     Work Environment :

    In addition to a typical office environment, the employee must also frequent the company's warehouse and customer locations with moderate exposure to heat, cold, humidity, dust, noise, and working equipment (electrical and mechanical hazards).
